Treatment modalities: Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Trauma Therapy, Existential/Humanistic Therapy, and Problem-Solving Therapy.

Primary Theoretical Orientation: My focus is strength-based and relational. I use Humanistic psychology and positive psychology as the basis for my conceptualization of clients presenting issues.

Problems Treated: My practice specializes in treating past trauma sexual or gender identity issues, major life transitions, and relationship discord or sexual disorders.

Availability: I am available to see clients for therapy sessions on Fridays. I am available for evening and weekend therapy sessions, based upon limited availability. I work out of network for insurance, but I am able to offer a sliding scale fee, as needed, based upon individual needs and circumstances.

Additional Services: I facilitate trainings on team development, cohesion and positive change within organizations or departments. I have experience in clinical supervision in both community and forensic settings
