I work with adults and specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, the LGBTQ population, and college students. I particularly love working with folks who have experienced emotional invalidation and emotional abuse throughout childhood as well survivors of sexual trauma. I am a licensed psychologist and a certified yoga therapist. I use a variety of creative techniques including expressive arts and somatic approaches. My primary theoretical orientation for trauma recovery is the Trauma Resiliency Model which is an evidenced-based model focused on nervous system stabilization and completing survival responses in the body.
