Treatment Modalities, populations treated, and platforms:
Individual therapy; couples therapy; family therapy; and psychological testing and career assessment. I work primarily with older adolescents, young adults, and those in mid-life career transition. I am fully set-up to provide telehealth services.

Primary Theoretical Orientation:
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy - a here and now approach. The focus is the client's experience during the conversation. Healing is both art and science, and my personal and professional experiences have shown me that the interplay between our feelings, thoughts, and actions create the results, outcomes, and circumstances we see in our lives – for better or worse. We are both experts in life, and my goal is to create a safe space for you to identify any thought pattern, emotion, or behavior that is not bringing you the changes or results you want or is keeping you stuck in unhealthy arrangements, and learn how to change them.
